About MyView

MyView makes it easier for us to speak to you, our customers, and understand your opinions on a variety of topics.

MyView is open to customers of both M&G Investments and Prudential and when you join you will be able to chat with other members – ask questions, learn or just share. All the feedback you provide will be moderated and reported back anonymously. So you can chat in the confidence that comments will never be attributed to you.

The communities are managed by our partners The Wisdom Council and STRAT7 Researchbods, a division of STRAT7 Limited, independent consumer insight specialists. They take all the views and feedback shared and report to us, making recommendations on changes and innovations we should consider.

You can participate as much or as little as you like, as we explore topics ranging from how we can improve our communications to new product ideas. We just ask that you provide honest feedback so that we can work with you to improve what we do.

As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to hear about our plans, and help us shape future products and services so that we can serve you better. Your feedback will be shared across the business, always anonymously, including with senior members of our team. We will keep you updated with the developments and changes we make in response to what we learn from you.

Contribute your experience
You will be invited to take part in a range of activities such as quick polls, discussions forums, surveys or online workshops. And don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert in finance. We’re looking for a diverse cross section of people and views – there are no right or wrong answers, and all your experiences are equally important to us.

FAQ’s

Through MyView, members can provide feedback - your views and opinions - to help us develop more relevant and useful services and solutions. Ultimately, it will allow us to better meet your needs, today and in the future.

The Community is open to customers of M&G Investments and Prudential. Interested customers simply need to complete our registration questionnaire to provide some background information, so that we can ensure that you’re invited to provide feedback on topics that are of most interest and relevance to you.

M&G Investments and Prudential are part of M&G plc. There are separate MyView communities for customers of each brand, so you’ll automatically be directed to either M&G MyView or Prudential MyView.

We’ll send you an invitation to join the MyView community that is most relevant to you. When you register, you’ll automatically be taken to the right community.

You’ll be given regular opportunities to take part in activities that we think will be relevant to you. You are completely free to choose which of these you participate in.

Please make sure to add the MyView community email address support@myview.mandg.co.uk to your list of known or trusted contacts.

Members are free to leave MyView whenever they wish. Every activity email includes an opportunity to unsubscribe, and you can terminate your membership at any time by accessing your member profile.

The collective insight that members share will be used by M&G Investments and Prudential to help improve our products and services. Individual views will be kept anonymous when reported back to M&G Investments and Prudential. Your personal details will never be passed to anyone outside of The Wisdom Council and Researchbods, who together manage the MyView communities.

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and personal information and the information you share with us will always be treated with the utmost care. More information on how we collect, use and protect your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

We provide an estimated participation time for every activity so you can determine whether you have time to complete it at any stage. Generally, polls take around a minute, surveys will never take longer than 20 minutes and discussions rooms can be accessed at any time, depending on your interest.

Some activities are only accessible for a short time so we can gauge and respond to your views quickly. Other activities will be open for longer to allow you to consider your responses. You'll find the closing date on the email invitations and for longer-standing activities, we’ll send a reminder email a few days before the closing date.

We always aim to send you surveys that are relevant to you. In some cases, there will be a number of different entry routes for engaging with the surveys, and if we meet the response quota for that specific route, we’ll close the survey. Respondents will be told within the first few questions if this is the case.

Other customers will simply know you according to your username, which we advise does not include personal details. This ensures that the Community remains an open forum through which members can freely express their views and opinions.

You’ll need internet access to engage with MyView. If you use a mobile device, charges may be applied by your network provider based on your data usage package.
